What you can expect when phoning in your technical support case:

  • Your support call will be answered by a live dispatcher.
  • Dispatch will request your equipment ID (this can be located on the device as a 5-digit number along with the IT Call Center phone numbers)
  • Dispatch will take a summary of your issue and open a support case.
  • If an on-site technical support agent is available, your call will be immediately forwarded to begin further diagnosis.
  • If all technical support agents are assisting other customers, your ticket will be entered into the queue, and you will receive a callback as soon as possible. All of our technical support reps are equipped with a new dispatch program allowing them to receive real-time updates on your service requests, even if they are in the field helping others.
